Shipping & Delivery

Cash on delivery, all over Bangladesh

Every order at Cryptic Crate is cash on delivery. You pay in cash when your set arrives at your door — no card, no advance payment.

Delivery charges

Inside Dhaka: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳150

The delivery charge is added to your order total at checkout, so the amount you see is the amount you pay. Nothing extra at the door.

How your order reaches you

After you place an order, we call you to confirm it before dispatch. Once confirmed, your set is packed and handed to our courier partner for delivery to the address you gave.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your set arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp at +880 1605-955265 with a photo and we will sort it out. Our Refund Policy covers the details.
